MoveUpMark provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information and connected service data.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion:

Send an email to: [email protected]

Include:

• Your registered email address.
• Business/company name (if applicable).
• Details of the data deletion request.

Processing

After receiving a verified request:

• We will review the request.
• Confirm ownership of the account.
• Remove or anonymize eligible personal information.
• Confirm completion through email.

Third Party Data

For data connected through Meta platforms, deletion requests will be processed according to applicable Meta platform requirements.
