Lead Management

Lead management, from capture to conversion

Leads get lost in the gaps: a form that nobody checked, a chat on one person's phone, a spreadsheet that was right last week. MoveUpMark puts your leads in one list, shows where each came from and who owns it, and tracks it until it is won or lost.

The path of a lead

  1. Capture

Leads come in from your ad forms and your WhatsApp number. Existing leads can be imported from a CSV file.

  2. Organise

Each lead is a contact with its source, owner, notes and tasks. Smart lists group the ones that matter now.

  3. Work the deal

Move the opportunity through the stages of your pipeline, with its value and status.

  4. Measure

Reporting shows leads, contacts, opportunities and won deals over time.

Lead capture from the places leads come from

Connect a source once and its leads are created for you.

  • Meta Lead Ads: Facebook and Instagram lead forms
  • Google Ads lead forms
  • WhatsApp messages to your business number
  • An inbound webhook that starts a workflow, which can create the contact, for forms and tools of your own
  • CSV import for the leads you already have, with a preview before anything is saved

No duplicate leads

When the same person submits again with the same phone number, no second lead is created. If a form collected no phone number, the email address is used to match instead.

Know the source of every lead

Each lead keeps the source it came from. The dashboard shows contacts by source and Reporting shows opportunities by source, so you can see which channel your deals come from.

A pipeline your team can see

Opportunities move through stages you define, on a visual board. You can run more than one pipeline, record deal values, and mark deals won or lost.

Ownership and access

Assign leads to team members. Roles and permissions decide what each person can do, and you can limit staff to the records assigned to them. Important actions are written to an audit log.

Faster first response

A new lead should not have to wait for someone to be available. An AI agent can reply on WhatsApp without waiting for a person, and a workflow can start when a lead form arrives.

What you need

  • A MoveUpMark account, with a 3-day free trial to start.
  • At least one lead source to connect, or a CSV file of existing leads.
  • The stages of your sales process, to set up your pipeline.

Questions and answers

Where can leads come from?
Meta Lead Ads forms on Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads lead forms, WhatsApp messages to your business number, and CSV import. An inbound webhook can also start a workflow that creates the contact.
What happens when the same person submits twice?
A repeat submission with the same phone number does not create a second lead. When there is no phone number, the email address is used to match.
Can I import the leads I already have?
Yes, from a CSV file. You see which columns will be read and which rows will be skipped before the import runs.
Can staff see only their own leads?
Yes. A team member can be limited to the records assigned to them.
Can I have more than one pipeline?
Yes. You can run several pipelines, each with its own stages.
Does it tell me which channel my leads come from?
Yes. Every lead records its source. The dashboard shows contacts by source, and Reporting shows opportunities by source.
